Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 rolls Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Mix both soups and sour cream.
    Cover bottom of dish with 1 roll of cracker crumbs.
    Place 1/2 stick of margarine on crumbs.
    Lay chicken on margarine and pour mixture of soup, broth and sour cream on chicken.
    Put 1 roll of cracker crumbs next and 1/2 stick of margarine on top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with foil.
    Remove foil to brown.
