Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    1 medium apple, diced
Preparation
    Cook onions
    and
    celery
    in
    margarine until softened. Blend in flour, salt and curry powder.
    Gradually stir in milk and chicken broth.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly; add chicken and
    apples.
    Cover and cook gently for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
