Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    2 hot peppers, chopped fine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Pour half into hot greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle with half of cheese. Add remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
