Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Beat eggs and combine all ingredients.
    Bake until top is brown and splits (1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes).
