Liz'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. King Arthur's flour (brand makes a difference)
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick lightly salted butter (margarine can be substituted)
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 box raisins
