Buttered Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    6 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 small pkg. butter pecan instant pudding mix
    approximately 6 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute pecans in oleo until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs until fluffy, gradually adding sugar, beating until thick.
    Add pudding mix and Eagle Brand milk.
    Mix well.
    Add milk and pecans. Finish filling freezer with milk.
    Makes 1 gallon.
