Golden Punch(Great For Weddings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    citrus acid crystals (2 oz. or 4 level Tbsp.)
    46 oz. can pineapple juice
    12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
    5 c. sugar
    1 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve citrus acid in one gallon hot water.
    Add pineapple juice, orange juice and sugar.
    Pour in ginger ale.
    Mix and serve.
    Makes 100 punch cups.
