Greek Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. peeled, cubed Roma tomatoes
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb. dry ziti, rigatoni or spiral pasta
1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and saute garlic.
Cook briefly and add tomatoes.
Cook 1 minute and add wine, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil and saute shrimp about 1 minute.
Spoon shrimp and pan juices into baking dish.
Cover with Feta cheese and spoon tomato sauce on top.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cook pasta, drain and serve with shrimp mixture spooned on top.
