Sweet Potato Muggin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until well done (or may use canned).
    Peel and mash thoroughly.
    Add sugar and melted margarine.
    Add well-beaten eggs and milk and mix well.
    If a little too stiff, add more milk. Add seasonings and put in a well-greased baking dish and bake slowly until done, about 30 minutes.
    Before serving, place marshmallows on top and heat until brown.
