Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American pasteurized cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. crackers, crushed
    1 box crackers
Preparation
    Shred cheese.
    Place the minced onion in mayonnaise while preparing all other ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients, except for crackers.
    Place crushed crackers on wax paper.
    Shape cheese mixture in a ball and roll in crackers.
    Serve with crackers.
