Banana-Split Magic Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. self-rising flour
1 banana, sliced (each slice quartered)
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed, drained and cut up
a handful of chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix ice cream and flour together until flour \"disappears.\" Add strawberry and banana pieces and stir 5 times.
The batter will turn pink.
Pour batter into pre-greased muffin tins.
Place chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done and slightly brown on top.
Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from tins.
