Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter, salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in butter.
    Add egg yolks, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, sour cream and the mushroom stems, finely chopped. Stuff each mushroom head, forming a rounded top.
    Sprinkle with 3 more tablespoons bread crumbs.
    Place mushrooms in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with the melted butter.
    Bake in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
