Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt.
    Add 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten) and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Add scalded milk last and blend.
    Cook slowly, stirring constantly in very heavy saucepan. When thickened, pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue, if desired.
    Can be doubled.
