Coconut Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix carrots and raisins.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over carrots. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, coconut and pineapple.
    Toss lightly. Serves 6.
