Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter
    10 to 12 slices bread, dried overnight
    sage to taste
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Bring celery and chicken broth to a boil and cook until celery is partly tender. Tear bread into cubes and pour celery and onion mixture over bread.
    Add sage, salt, pepper and butter to mixture. Pour mixture into buttered baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown around the edges.
