Butterflied Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
3 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1 1/2 green peppers, cut into thin strips
salt and pepper
1 large lemon, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and season well. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
Stir in green peppers and diced lemon.
Cook 1 more minute.
Add parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix and serve.
