Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh or 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed *
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
    Heat 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water to boiling.
    Add vegetable, bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix vegetable, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
