Easy Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    center cut pork chops (2 per person)
    salt and pepper
    ketchup
    brown sugar
    onion, sliced (1 slice per chop)
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Arrange chops in single layer in baking pan.
    Lightly salt and pepper each chop.
    On each chop, place one slice of onion, one tablespoon of ketchup, one tablespoon brown sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Turn chops and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Baste each chop frequently for another 20 minutes (at intervals), coating each chop.
    Sauce will thicken during basting time.
    Serve with cooked white rice.
