Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
5 boiled eggs, separated
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 gherkin pickles, chopped
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pickle juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Boil until done.
Drain well and let cool.
Mash egg yolks well and put in mustard, sugar and pickle juice.
Mix well.
Put mayonnaise in and stir well.
Then chop egg whites and add to other chopped food.
Add all this to sauce and mix well.
Add to potatoes when cool.
Mix together well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
