Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt.
    Let stand one hour.
    Squeeze out liquid.
    Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage. Pack in boxes and freeze.
    Can be frozen up to 3 months.
