Chinese Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
2 1/2 c. celery, cut up
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown the first 3 ingredients and place in casserole. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 and add 1 can bean sprouts. Bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
