Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes, peeled
    1 large cucumber
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    24 oz. V-8 or tomato juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In blender, blend the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and green pepper.
    Add the juice, vinegar, olive oil and Tabasco sauce. Chill before serving.
    Rub bowl with garlic and croutons browned in oil with garlic.
    Or serve with dollops of sour cream.
