Chicken Lagoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    small can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese.
    Line 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spread mixture evenly into pan.
    Press chicken breasts into mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes; less if breasts are boneless.
