Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 egg

Preparation

Blend flour, butter and sugars.
Take out 1/2 cup of mixture. To the rest, add buttermilk, soda, egg and vanilla.
Blend well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
