Chicken Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 chorizo sausages
    1/2 c. sweet pickles
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    12 pieces green olives with pimento
    2 eggs
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Debone chicken.
    Rub with butter inside and out.
    Mix and blend thoroughly ground pork, pork sausage, raisins, grated cheese and 2 eggs.
    Stuff chicken and arrange the sweet pickles, sausage and hard-boiled eggs on each side.
    Sew up the opening and wrap in aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven. Unwrap foil without removing chicken from foil.
    Return to oven and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Baste with butter. Cool and serve with sweet potatoes and fried bananas.
