Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, buttermilk and eggs.
Add softened butter; beat until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in a well-greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
