Sunny Silver Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/3 c. cold water
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soak gelatine in 1/3 cup water.
    Beat egg yolks until light yellow color; add 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook in top of double boiler until light and fluffy.
    Add gelatin and remove from heat.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/3 cup of sugar and add to cooked mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate. Cover with Cool Whip and serve.
