Peter'S Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can deveined shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 can tuna
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. each: onion flakes and parsley flakes
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/2 c. shredded almonds
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation

Drain seafood.
Combine all ingredients in a large casserole. Cover and bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
