Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage (coarse)
1 onion
2 sweet peppers
2 carrots
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Dice onion, pepper and carrots.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar. Shake well in a jar and pour over cabbage mixture.
Will keep more than 3 weeks in refrigerator.
