Speedy Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli in cheese flavored sauce, thawed
1/4 c. low-fat (1 percent) milk
4 slices bread, toasted and cut in triangles
Preparation

Cook chicken in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5 minutes.
Add red pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through and pepper is tender-crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and milk; cook, stirring, until heated through.
Serve over toast.
