Chicken In Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pieces of chicken (skinned, washed and drained)
2 to 3 lemons
garlic powder
chopped oregano
Preparation

Add oil to flat roasting pan, enough to cover bottom of pan. Rolling chicken pieces in oil, arrange evenly in pan.
Sprinkle first garlic powder lightly over chicken, lightly salt then sprinkle dried chopped oregano (enough so that each piece has several chopped pieces).
If dried oregano is used sprinkle lightly over each piece of chicken.
Oven fry at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, squeeze 2 to 3 lemons, strain after 40 minutes of chicken being cooked, spoon lemon juice over each piece of chicken.
Cook about 10 to 15 minutes more.
Serve hot.
