No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. 2% low-fat cottage cheese
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Over very low heat, melt chocolate.
Cool slightly.
In food processor puree all ingredients except chocolate until smooth.
Add melted chocolate.
Blend well. Pour into lightly buttered 8-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set.
Makes 16 squares.
May be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
