Tomato Salad Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Simply mix everything together and put over chicken cutlets, veal cutlets or your favorite fish.
    Tomato Salad Topping is best on Italian bread toasted (small squares).
