Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Place flour and salt in bowl.
With fork, cut in shortening, until the size of small peas.
Sprinkle water in until moist firm ball.
Flatten and roll from center to edge.
Place in pan, cut edges with knife. Pinch edge.
Fill.
