Chocolate Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. or more chocolate chips

Preparation

Put pineapple in bowl first. Add cherries, marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips; mix lightly. Sprinkle pudding over and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
Serves 10 or more.
