Ham Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. (1 lb.) fully cooked ham, cubed
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook manicotti.
    Set aside.
    In a large skillet saute onion in oil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add ham, drained mushrooms, half of Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Set aside.
    In a saucepan saute green peppers in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour until thoroughly combined.
    Add milk.
    Cook stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Mix a quarter of sauce into ham mixture.
    Stuff shells with about 1/3 cup of filling.
    Place in a greased baking dish. Top with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
