Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sharp American cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 beaten raw egg
2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt called for.
Drain thoroughly.
Place broccoli in baking dish. Stir together soup and cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg, stirring to blend.
Pour over broccoli.
Combine crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle over soup mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated and bread crumbs brown, about 35 minutes.
