Volcano Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
3 slices Cheddar cheese or grated American cheese
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation

Rub potatoes with cooking oil; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 hour.
Cut the top off each potato and scoop out the contents into a mixing bowl, saving the skins.
Add cheese, butter, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with electric mixer until well blended.
Pile potato mixture back into the skins and sprinkle with paprika.
Return to oven until browned.
Serves 4.
