Swedish Apple Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples
cinnamon and nutmeg (for the top)
Preparation

Mix egg and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients one at a time. You do not need a mixer for this.
Pour into a greased pie tin. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
This freezes very well.
Cook it first and then reheat.
These are simple to make and with a stack of aluminum pie tins and a bushel of apples, you can have your freezer filled in no time.
