Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Combine alternately with carrots and pineapple.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 3 small well-greased loaf pans or 6 medium size cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or less, if smaller pans are used. Cans, 50 minutes.
