Champagne Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flat can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese and set aside.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Fold in Cool Whip mixture.
Spread into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Freeze.
Remove 1 hour before serving. Store covered in freezer.
