Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Sift together confectioners sugar and flour.
Cut in butter until mix clings together.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Cool.
Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Stir well into egg mixture.
Pour over cooled crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with a glaze made with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Makes 30 bars.
