Angel Food Cake Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 pt. (whipped) whipping cream or 1/2 carton Cool Whip
    1 angel food cake, frozen
Preparation
    Heat orange juice to hot and steaming (do not boil).
    Dissolve sugar in hot juice.
    Pour over jello and mix well.
    Refrigerate to congeal.
    When jello mixture begins to congeal, fold in cream or Cool Whip.
    Cut frozen cake into 3 layers.
    Pour Jell-O mixture over each layer.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice and serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
