Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans niblets corn (drained)
    1 egg slightly beaten
    2/3 c. milk or light cream
    1/2 c. or more cracker crumbs (Ritz is best, but can use saltines)
    Little salt and pepper
    4 to 5 Tbsp. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter cut up
Preparation
    Mix all together and place in casserole dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is a little puffed and browned.
