Cajun Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. new potatoes, washed thoroughly
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning mix
1 tsp. red pepper (adjust amount for hotness)
2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 bottle Bull's hot sauce or Louisiana hot sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Wash potatoes and place in large pot.
Sprinkle with salt. Cover with hot water.
Place over medium heat.
Add seasoning mix, red pepper, garlic, hot sauce, onion and oil.
Cover and boil slowly 1 hour or longer if needed.
