Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 cup Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2-3 pounds chicken (cut up)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Coat chicken.
    Place chicken skin side down in pan.
    Bake in covered overproof 13x9x2 pan for 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken and continue baking until done.
    (Approximately 25 minutes longer.)
    Makes 4 servings.
