Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 small can pineapple, undrained
    16 oz. pkg. strawberries, frozen
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir in bananas and pineapple.
    Add frozen strawberries and stir until berries have thawed.
    Add nuts.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Place in refrigerator and allow to set.
    Spread sour cream evenly over set Jell-O.
    Pour remaining Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream. Return to refrigerator and allow to gel.
    Serve when completely congealed.
