Sesame Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, preferably homemade
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    8 to 12 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned (2 to 3 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Toast the sesame seed in a medium-size no stick skillet over moderate heat.
    Shake the pan frequently until seeds are golden brown.
    Transfer to a shallow bowl or pie plate.
    Add bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.
    Cover with plastic wrap and hold for final preparation.
