Mike Gatton'S Favorite Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef tip, round steak or sirloin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large can mushroom buttons
1 large onion
2 large green peppers
2 cans whole white potatoes
1 small basket cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Marinate overnight in Worcestershire sauce and teriyaki sauce (marinate 2 cups soy sauce and 1 cup lemon juice for 2 hours). Thread cubes of steak on skewers and alternate mushrooms, pepper strips, tomatoes, onion and potatoes until all is used.
Do same with chicken.
Grill on gas grill until meat is done.
