Pumpkin Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2- 1 lb. cans pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (12-13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add remaining filling ingredients; stir until well combined. Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 baking dish.
